Frequently asked questions.

What Should I expect during a Visit?

Each visit is designed with you in mind— no rushing, no judgement, no one-size-fits-all answers. We’ll start by going over your intake form, your story, symptoms, and goals. From there, I’ll create a supportive plan that may include: lab orders, nutritional guidance, prescriptions, referrals or deeper follow- up when needed.

Once you book through the site:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email that includes: your intake form and a secure link to your telehealth session. I offer 30, 60, and 75 minute visits depending on your needs. Please Check the Services Menu.

  • At the time of your visit, simply click the link to join me on a private, HIPAA-compliant video platform. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet space where you feel comfortable.

What are your payment options?

I accept all major credit/ debit cards. HSA and FSA payments.

Payment is due at the time of booking. At this time, I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill for potential out - of network reimbursement.

What if I need labs, prescriptions, or imaging?

If your care includes labs, imaging, or prescriptions, I can send those orders to a lab or pharmacy near you within North Carolina. Although I do not bill insurance for my visits, many clients choose to use their insurance to cover the cost.

Be sure to check with your insurance provider about what’s covered under your plan. I can provide appropriate documentation to make this process as smooth as possible.

Do you serve clients outside of North Carolina?

Currently, I can only provide teleheatlh midwifery services within the state of North Carolina.
